As a Windows Server Administrator & VM Computing, I have over six 

years of experience in creating and administrating physical and virtual servers .

I am certified in Windows Server 2019 

Essential Training and have expertise in VMWare server administration, Active 

Directory Services.

Previously, I worked as a Windows Server & Unix Process Administrator and a 

Senior Helpdesk Analyst for over 10 years, where I managed Windows 

Server operations (local and network) , and 

applied my previous experience to achieve goals and become an IT 2nd level 

specialist. I am passionate about analyzing and developing IT solutions that meet 

the needs and expectations of the clients and the organization.

I possess a comprehensive background in managing IT infrastructures, with a 

strong proficiency in Windows Server environments. My tenure as a Windows 

Server Administrator and Helpdesk Manager has equipped me with the skills 

necessary to lead teams in efficiently resolving complex technical issues and 

ensuring seamless IT operations.
