Having 5 years of experience as a Human Resource professional, with the understanding of several skills and knowledge the Human Resources personnel entails, I have no doubt that my top-notch proactiveness, analytical and excellent communication skills will be an asset to a goal oriented company. 

As the Human Resource Generalist in my last organisation, I oversees the acquisition and management of our talents, develop/implements metrics to evaluate the achievement of the organisational goals as well as employees relations as well as managing all HR operational functions.

With the understanding of the labor law and as a highly organized professional with great interpersonal skill, makes me a standout talent. In my current position I’ve proven my expertise by managing the HR operations of over 300 employees and over 100 fellows, and I believe with my integrity and problem-solving mindset and analytical skills, I have what it takes to become a stellar talent with a goal oriented organisation.
