I am an eCommerce General Virtual Assistant with an exceptional record in customer service since year 2009. I have been handling customers from technical, cosmetics and fashion accounts. I have dealt with all kinds of people worldwide in full calmness and grace under fire. I have worked for the following brands: Linksys, Cisco, D-link, At&t Uverse, Fabletics, Just Fab, Guestek Technical Services, MediaCom and Grace's Greens. I started working remotely in year 2016 as an outbounder and part time Executive assistant. I started working for the eCommerce industry on 2017. I still handle customer service, but this time, I have added Social Media as one of the platforms where I have to deal with customers and target leads. I have been moderating social media accounts via Facebook Business and Sprout Social. I also handle chargebacks via Stripe and Shopify platforms. I fulfill orders from Click Funnels and Shopify as well. I do that manually and automatically, depending on the available platforms that our warehouses are using for inventory and fulfillment which are all connected to Shopify. Part of my task is Supply Chain Management, I make sure I have restocked products accordingly making sure we don't run out of it. I also cater customers via Amazon Seller central. I answer messages and process refunds and replacements. My other skills are web designing using the Wix platform. I either build the website or edit it. I have set up websites for a blog, salon and an online store.
