Check with Each portfolio if automatic arrears has been working fine. -Automatics emails are not working properly at times, 8 days and above rent arrears are manually being sent by PM VA. -Prepare any documents for LOST Managements on behalf of PM (PM to provide instructions/checklist and check everything has been collated before sending to new agent). -VA – to update rental listings excel spreadsheet (in sharepoint) every Monday morning in preparation for leasing meeting.
