I am Joy Chan a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. I have an extensive work experience with Customer Service/Technical/Chat Support, Quality Assurance, Leadership, and Administrative work. Through this work experiences I was able to gain the knowledge and expertise when it comes to analytical, customer service, leadership and management skills.
