My experience in customer service has been a great learning experience. For the past 4 years, I have been working with Redbox providing customer service. This has included taking customer orders, assisting with technical questions, and resolving customer complaints. I have also been involved in technical support for Ring Central, providing assistance with setup and troubleshooting. Additionally, I have been involved in cold calling for HVAC and solar campaigns, helping to generate leads and quality customer service. Through all of these roles, I have gained the ability to effectively communicate with customers, problem-solve, and provide a quality customer experience.
