I am a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) and Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) with over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, executive support, and recruitment management. I serve as a direct right hand to Founders and CEOs, providing high-level Executive Assistance to C-level executives and executive leadership teams across multiple businesses.

In my executive roles, I work directly with the Founder/CEO in managing multi-company calendars, strategic priorities, leadership meetings, and cross-functional coordination. I ensure executive alignment by organizing leadership team meetings, preparing reports, tracking KPIs, and overseeing high-level communications. I handle confidential matters, executive correspondence, and operational follow-through with discretion and professionalism.

I also have extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding. I manage job postings, screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews with department heads and executives, perform reference checks, and oversee onboarding processes. I have supported hiring for healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and remote teams, ensuring smooth integration and proper documentation. My recruitment experience includes maintaining HR records, improving hiring workflows, and supporting leadership in talent acquisition decisions.

In the healthcare sector, I have served as a Patient Coordinator and Home Health Coordinator, managing EMR/EHR systems, admissions, scheduling, IDG meetings, and interdisciplinary communication to maintain operational efficiency and patient-centered care.

Academically, I hold a Master of Science in Disaster Risk Reduction Management and a Master of Arts in Education, and I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Health. My legal education background enhances my analytical thinking, compliance awareness, and documentation precision.
