I am a results-driven professional with extensive experience in business analysis, project management, and client relations, developed over nearly a decade of hands-on roles in the tech and service industries.  With a strong academic foundation and a diverse background, I have built a diverse and adaptable skill set that allows me to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. My career journey has been characterized by a proactive approach to problem-solving, an ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, and a genuine passion for driving customer success.

Currently, I serve as an Integration Advisor and Business Analyst at SAP Ariba, where I lead the implementation of tailored integration solutions for global clients. I take ownership of the entire integration lifecycle—from requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement to testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support. My role requires a delicate balance of technical fluency and strategic insight, enabling customers to onboard seamlessly onto the SAP Business Network while adhering to project timelines and governance standards.

Before joining SAP, I held dual roles as Customer Experience Manager and Project Manager at LiveLike in New York City. There, I was instrumental in enhancing the user experience for high-profile events like the Super Bowl and FIFA World Cup, helping major clients implement gamification and engagement solutions. I led a team of Solution Architects, optimized client onboarding processes, and used data-driven analysis to inform continuous improvement. This role honed my leadership capabilities and deepened my understanding of digital engagement strategies.

Earlier in my career at The Service Pro, I progressed from a Support Tech to Business Analyst and Customer Support Manager. This journey gave me a deep appreciation for frontline support operations, team coordination, customer success strategies, and business process optimization.

I bring strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset to every team I work with. I am fluent in English, and conversational in Croatian, Spanish and Turkish, which supports my ability to connect across diverse teams and cultures.
