Sometimes things seem to look too simple that careful planning is not even thought of, only to realize later on that some details are missing. How do we make sure that every vital step is taken?
Here’s how Action Plan Template can play a hero. It is a list of things to do to achieve a goal, big or small. The aim is not just to ensure that all things on the list are done, but to ensure all the objectives are met by not missing any vital steps, finishing the project in a logical, chronological order.

1. Strategic Plan Template
Many businesses and large organization use various tools to ensure their goals are met. Strategic Plan is only one of those, which used by top managements to ensure all staff/members of the organization are working on the same goal. This plan is named “Strategic” because actions can be strategically altered especially when there are changes in the work environment.

This plan helps a sales person decide what actions are needed and how to execute those actions. This includes marketing, advertising, and all the structural works to achieve the sales target. This would include identifying the value and the product’s unique features and understanding their market’s needs.
4. Corrective Action Plan Template
This is an action plan to correct behavior. The template is simple and straightforward, nothing fancy. It focuses on identifying the problem and lists actions needed to get the desired outcome.

D. How to Create / Write an Action Plan Template*
1. Identify objectives – what do you want to achieve
2. Set achievable goals / objectives
3. Identifying the actions needed to be done to achieve the goal
4. Have a to-do list. Prioritize important tasks. Arrange the steps in logical, chronological order and put a date on which you will start each step. For group action plans, include person responsible.*
5. Anticipate problems or challenges that might come along the way. Then write all possible solutions.
6. Review your progress.
7. Know the status of each step.
8. Put everything in word or excel file.
