My name is Josie Obguia from Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

I am a seasoned Customer Service Representative and have been in this industry for more than 10 years. I am a results-oriented person. I always ensure that the work I do will benefit the company. For example, I found a way to resolve a customer's issue which resulted to customer satisfaction. The most important thing was the customer trusted our product and as a bonus, I got a commendation.

I recently graduated from an Online Academy for Virtual Assistants. I did this because I want to develop and offer more skills to my client. I learned Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Basic Graphic Design using Canva and Wordpress Management.
