Joshua Omiye

I started my career as a customer service agent, working with CRM software to respond to client complains, chats and also phone calls. Most recently, I've been working a recruiter. I have over 4 years of experience working with SaaS companies, remotely and mostly in EST and PST time zones. Working remotely is a passion for me and I have built myself up in this way, I have 5 years experience working remotely.

I'm a college graduate of accounting. I spend my free time volunteering for NGOs just to give back to the society.

I recently worked with a SaaS company as a customer support representative, here, I handled customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payment and payment extension/service requests. 

Joshua loves playing with puppies and can mostly be found surfing the net or watching movies for fun.
