Having a total of 9 years in the BPO industry and 5 years in the bank selling insurance and investment, I can say I have a strong background in dealing with all kinds of people. I've been working since 2008 in the BPO industry and shifted to insurance and investment sales in 2014 until 2019 where I gained knowledge and gathered some awards for my whole stay. I was also given a chance to lead my colleagues for better production results. In 2019, I started my own business and shut it down because of the pandemic.
