I have been working in the BPO industry for almost 5 years now. I have worked with different contacte centers, handled accounts like ecommerce account, telecommunications account, travel account, and events booking account. In my years of working, I have developed skills that helps me to provide great customer service experience. I an eager to learn new things as I am a curious person. I am a fast learner too.
