I've seen your post at seek website, and it got my interest to apply here since my previous work is very related to this position. 

Im currently live here in the Philippines, and I don't have rights to work in Australia, however I've been working outsource for 5 years for Us accounts (2 years for Insurance verification and eligibility).I am hoping to get a job as ( Virtual assistant) . We can negotiate with the salary rate, we can lower it down since I am not in Australia. Hope we can meet soon.
