I use to work as a Customer Service Representative in a Telecommunications company based in Cebu, Philippines. I take in calls and am responsible for customer inquiries and handling customer’s account. In my 4 years of working, I have expanded my self to different roles such as Inbound Sales and Billing Rep, Subject Matter Expert for new hires, Prepaid Activations and Mobile Deliveries. I can say that I have learned a lot from my previous experience which has mould me to the person I am today.
Apart from all of that, I did earn some extra skills such as basic skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Microsoft Office and Email Management through online course and mentoring.
