I have experiences on both Technical Support Representative and IT Service Desk for 3 companies for 7 years. I started working as a Technical Support Representative for an Australian Internet company for 5 years on which I started as a 1st Tier representative for 2 years and was promoted as a 2nd level of support for the next 3 years in the same company. After 5 years working on the same company, I worked as a Technical Support Representative as well on a business scale for a Computer company on which I cater technical issues for businesses. After a year, I shifted to IT on which is a next step for me as I handled more complex stuff for a Pharmaceutical company on which I'm currently associated with.
I am a very hard-working person, very attentive to detail and self-driven. The reason I received multiple recognition is because I make it a point that I give my best to any tasks given to me because I don't want to explain things on why I failed so I make it to a point that every presentation and tasks are dealt accordingly. I am very flexible so it doesn't take a long time for me to cope up to change, I am also good at multi-tasking as this is a common trait on the industry that I have worked with before.
During my tenure on these fields, I collected a lot of accomplishments, I was always on the top 5 analysts/representatives on the departments that I've worked with. On my first company, I got promoted to pilot the level 2 Support on which I excelled and got awards for being one of the best agents on the floor. I also had experience supporting people from Level 1 during my stay on my job on which I promote proper company policies as well on how to handle the job smoothly and with precise. The 2nd and 3rd job that I have also had the same results on which I excelled and got multiple awards for being one of the best employees. I am currently looking for more challenges both personally and professionally within the level of Technical Support and IT Service industry.
