I am currently working as a Customer Service Representative in one of the Largest Business Process Outsourcing company in the Philippines, handling U.S accounts. From Line 1 or ordinary agent I was moved up to Line 2 wherein Escalation Department, where I handle Supervisor calls. Throughout the years of my experience as a Customer Service Representative I have managed to hone skills that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. I am always willing to learn, in order to provide best customer service and customers satisfaction.I am also seeking for a challenging job and healthy work environment where I can utilize my skills, experience and knowledge efficiently for organizational goal.
