During my apprenticeship, I was trained to handle appointment setting, ensuring calendars are organized and client meetings are scheduled efficiently. I also worked on administrative support tasks, such as data entry, document management, and maintaining organized systems that help business run smoothly behind the scenes.

One of my strongest skills is email management, keeping inboxes clean and structured, responding to clients queries professionally, and organizing communications to improve productivity. Another valuable skills I developed is email marketing. I practiced creating email sequences and promotional campaigns using platform like Canva. These experiences taught me the importance of consistent communication and building strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

Throughout the apprenticeship, I also became comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail), Canva for content creation, and CRM tools to help manage client relationships and workflows.
