Experienced and accomplished investment analyst and manager with over ten years of experience
in the real estate sector looking to leverage extensive background in provision of transaction

Description;
Highly involved in deal origination-acquisition of development projects and conducting investment
appraisals to determine their market and financial viability. My role encompasses the development of
financial models which are required to paint real world financial situations for property development
transactions. I determine optimal project finance capital structures for both debt and equity and guide in
the raising of the required capital from respective equity and debt capital markets for implementation. In
addition, my role involves the preparation of required internal and external reports to all stakeholders
including the board of directors, investment pitches for fundraising of capital to target
financiers/investors. My duties include monitoring of the project pipeline from implementation and
successful completion. Over the project life cycle I conduct budgeting of resources and forecasting of
future cash flows. I provide client advisory services especially to our joint venture partners and
investors. As the portfolio manager, integrity and honesty are my basic principles in fulfilling my
advisory role. Deliver accurate and complete information to our stakeholders at all costs after conducting
extensive research on the property market in particular and keenly monitor trends in the macroeconomic
environment. As the portfolio manager, I also handle compliance reporting and risk management roles
within the organizations as required by the Capital Markets Authority. This requires me to ensure set
guidelines concerning financial performance reports are maintained and submitted in time and also
update on firms pipeline of projects and their respective performance.

Description;
I was tasked with the role of performing financial and investment analysis on the organizations project
pipeline. At a junior level, it was my responsibility to conduct market research on the real estate sector
and align the firms project mandates with opportunities that will ensure adoption of only feasible
projects. This involved, preparation of financial models that will guide the screening of potential real
estate development projects the firm will focus on. Consequently, I was tasked in preparing reports for
management review and participated in preparation of information memorandum for investor and
project sponsor presentations. Further, I was tasked with the role of marketing the firm’s investment
scheme products to retail investors.
