Joseph, is a diligent investment analyst/adviser who has been in the financial services industry for large part of his career operating from Kenya for the past ten years. I have been engaged in alternative assets from an investment perspective where i have gained invaluable knowledge and skill in investment advisory in this rather complex asset class. In particular, my skill set is comprised of conducting accurate financial analysis, financial modelling, business valuation, financial forecasting and budgeting, deal structuring, proper investor documentation for presentations among others. In addition, i possess sound and practical risk management skills, financial accounting knowledge and investment appraisal techniques. I have been involved over the years largely with corporate financing transactions as well as project finance transactions in the real estate sector. I am great in providing good investor pitches and business plans for my clients whom are seeking to raise much needed capital for their businesses and projects alike. Further, i am a good and creative writer capable of providing you with well researched articles for all your publications in various spheres including finance and investment, real estate development and management, law as relates to real estate, hospitality and taxation. I have produced several pieces working as the financial journalist for our quarterly newsletter which is sent out to our collective investment scheme investors. Play has been a big part of my life as i do love socializing and networking, reading creative and inspirational content from books journals and magazines. I am an enthusiastic basket ball fan and football fan with my favourite teams being the Cleveland Cavilers and Manchester United clubs.
