My career began at Capital Lumber Company, where I spent eight years as an Account Manager in Healdsburg, California, managing client relationships and ensuring steady sales growth. Following that, I took on a Sales Manager role for Capital’s greenfield location in Tangent, Oregon, where I successfully built the territory from scratch, growing sales from zero to $2 million over six years.
Later, as an Account Manager at Trex Company, I managed key accounts across Northern California, working with distributors, dealers, and contractors to grow market share and exceed sales targets. My ability to develop solutions tailored to client needs, combined with my focus on relationship-building, earned me a reputation for reliability and results-driven performance.
In addition to my extensive sales background, I’ve embraced new challenges and skill sets. During the pandemic, I transitioned to remote work, leveraging tools like Zoom and Salesforce to maintain productivity and client engagement.
