TECH SAVVY- I learn quickly and have the drive to be adaptive to new teachings and platforms including remote support software, network system set up (e.g. VPN, LAN, Wifi), VoIP phone set up (Linksys, Polycom, Aastra, etc...), Port Triggering, port forwarding, etc.... I also have extremely fast typing skills.  

5.) Customer support- I have extensive experience in this field. I have 3 solid years of customer support experience and making clients happy is my main metric. I also have customer chat support experience with RingCentral, the largest advanced phone system provider for small to mid-sized businesses in the US and Canada where we handled tickets to resolve clients' technical, billing and account set up concerns.  

6.) Business Data Processing/Entry Experience - I have worked in AIG/Integra BPSI as a Senior Data Processor for 3 years. I have intensive data entry experience, working on worldwide client accounts with confidential data. I am trust worthy and can work at a fast speed.  

7.) I have Bachelor of Science Degree in Tourism from Colegio de San Juan de Letran, a good school here in the Philippines.
