I'm a Live Chat support to an Australian Company (Telstra) for 6 years, I'm comfortable speaking to people. I also do have several home based experiences.

1. Company : Hybrid Digital - I used to work in a business listings type of job where we add business/company information on a certain website.

2. Company : Ivy & Fig E-Commerce - we sell pieces of jewelry, bags, shoes, etc. Used to work as a customer service where we answer customer's inquiries like order tracking, general information about the products, process refund according to refund policy, etc. We have system tools like Shopify, Shipfusion, Dropified, Gorgias/Zendesk for answering emails, etc.

3. Company : SkullObsessed & Pluto99 online stores - E-Commerce - also used to work as a customer service and chat support. We sell different skull collections items online. We have system tools like Shopify, Dropified, Reamaze for answering emails and Live Chat assistance, etc.

4. Company : LuxVT - this is a data entry line of work, we search for information of for-sale houses in USA and we collate them and put in on a Google Sheet. We have systems like Realtor.com, Soho, CRM, etc.
