I am a very well experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant. I've done cold calling and SMS campaign for more than 2 years now, with a Real Estate Investor and a couple of Real Estate Agents. 

I am very much trained as to how cold calling works. I've called lists such as Probate, Vacant, Divorce, Absentee Owners, and Code Violation list. I would gather as much information as I could and determine whether it's a hot, cold, or warm lead.

I know that Real Estate Investors use different systems from one another but whatever it would be, I won't mind learning it, I'm very open to learning new things.

I also perform a wide range of functions for online support like website creation and development and SEO projects including keyword optimization, and troubleshooting of poor site ranking. In addition, I am analytical, persuasive, and have strong presentation skills.
