I have 4 years experience in providing customer support and being an on-site IT officer. I'm able to use Operating systems like windows, Mac OS and Linux commands. I’ve built a well-rounded skill set in both IT support and security.

Over the past few months, I’ve been focusing on expanding my cybersecurity knowledge. I’ve completed certifications like Google Cyber-security, Wireshark for Beginners, and courses in Linux commands and cloud computing. Currently, I’m diving into Splunk and exploring areas such as SOC analysis and penetration testing.

In addition to IT, I also have a creative side as a part-time graphic designer with experience using tools like Adobe Photoshop, In-Design and Illustrator, I enjoy working on visual projects like promotional materials, web designs, and custom graphics.

I'm also keen to learning new things to improve my skills. My soft skills include good communication skills and really pay much attention to details. I am dedicated to work and can finish task with less supervision. I am also able to work independently or as part of a team.
