I have a strong background in the BPO industry especially in Support specifically Quality. As a previous QA Analyst, I have always been analytical in what I do aside from giving the quality of any work assigned to me.

I have challenged myself in venturing in a new industry while maximizing my skills and learning new insights. I have taken over several roles to effectively deliver desired outputs of the management and company.

I am willing to challenge myself in exploring new opportunities and hopefully excel my skills (old and new) better in this platform.
