international. Preparing and sending letters to prospective and current missionaries was also one of my
jobs, and even in handling confidential issues with missionaries serving in the field. I also worked close
with travel agencies in preparing itineraries and purchasing airline tickets, for homebound missionaries.
One of the best achievements I had is when I and my mission president standardized and systemized the
creation and input of data in Baptismal Records, which made the work of the current mission recorder
easier.

One of the most basic jobs of a mission recorder is to record incoming baptismal records from different
stakes, wards, districts, and branches, all over Northern Mindanao, through the use of the Church Data
Entry, for sending them to Church Headquarters. I also create newsletters that are sent to all the
missionaries, where basic layout using MS Publisher and Adobe Photoshop is needed. I also see to it that
articles, content, and other materials are grammatically correct and understandable, even free from
errors.

I can type 40 to 60 words per minute.
I command excellent American English, in speaking and writing.
I am proficient in using MS Office Applications, Photoshop, and other basic software.
I know how to troubleshoot computers, simple networking peripherals, and other hardware.
