As a virtual assistant I have worked with clients and updating project progression through tools like Basecamp, Trello, Asana and Teamwork. I consistently communicate with them and make sure that I make reports about tasks completed on a certain period of time. I have experience in WordPress and Blogger management where I publish content. I can also research information about details to prepare and populate leads. I applied my knowledge in using MS Excel to create formulas, sort data, and convert files for database management.
Collaboration with clients was also possible using different Google Apps such as Google Drive for sharing spreadsheets, presentations, and documents, and editing them real time. I also used Google Calendar to set schedules for over 15 employees with using just one account. I also set appointments with clients and prospects, and sending them emails for confirmation. Stores files and documents online using SkyDrive and Dropbox.
Even before working, I am already versed in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint as I use it to create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets during work and school. I also have a knack for tweaking computers and trying the unknown to broaden my knowledge. Learning is faster for me, especially when it is done hands on.
I am also process-oriented and I study the work in my mind before acting on them. Reading and understanding new things is my passion. Because of my hobbies, such as drawing and assembling toy kits, I learned how to be patient
and use my keen eye. I am proactive when speaking with clients and customers alike and I don't mind receiving constructive feedback that can help me grow in the work that I do.
Furthermore, I have a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and disputes using my creative thinking and analytical skills. My exceptional communication skills and calm nature enables me to handle irate clients effectively. I enjoy taking new challenges every day. As an active problem-solver and an extremely organized individual, I successfully handles telephone calls, manages calendars, make travel arrangements, take minutes of meetings and performs record keeping duties.
