I am 40 years old and a registered nurse here in the Philippines, and I am also the youngest in my family.
After graduating from college, I began my career in the call center industry, where I worked for 14 years. Throughout those years, I gained experience in various roles such as customer service representative, customer relations specialist, chat and email support, and quality assurance analyst. During the pandemic, I also worked on data entry and proofreading tasks, which helped me further strengthen my attention to detail and accuracy. I only stopped working when my parents became ill, and I took responsibility for caring for them and managing our family business.
My skills were developed through years of hands-on experience in the BPO industry. I’m confident in handling customers through phone, chat, and email, and I always strive to provide empathy with calm, professional, and solution-oriented support. I’m reliable, adaptable, and easy to work with, and I make sure my work is accurate, organized, and completed on time.
I’ve also learned to use different work tools and platforms, including Oracle, Microsoft Office, Avaya, and other systems needed to perform daily tasks efficiently.
