I am highly skilled and dedicated costumer service professional with over one year and a half experience
in financial support and team management. My experience includes serving as a customer service
representative, basic knowledge as a coach, and mentor. My expertise encompasses inbound and
outbound calling, client assessment, coach duties and mentorship. I am committed to continuously

Studies
I’m curréntly in thé last yéar of my law dégréé, whéré I still havé 5 subjécts pénding. I’m studding at the
National Polytechnic University since 2018, I left in 2020 due to covid and return and the end of 2021.
Back in 2019, I was also part of an investigation into the advances and setbacks of women rights in the
maquilas in Nicaragua, together with the now extinct Maria Elena Cuadra movement.
