My past experience Above 3 years as Callcenter Agent (Customer Service / Sales / Tech Support and Chat assist) and 5 years running a business on my own gives me the confidence to manage a similar position but I would not be afraid to handle any new scenarios, my interpersonal, administrative and sales skills have forged who I am but definitely I’m not scared to grow even more on any future endeavour.
