My education and extensive work experience for more than 20 years have shaped me to excel in management roles. I have been able to hone my leadership, technical and administrative skills in a range of management positions for Manufacturing and Hospitality industry, complimenting the engineering experience that I gained in my previous and present career. I believe that the combination of these skills, knowledge, and experiences along with my ability to work well in a multi-cultural company, and lead others will serve in the company. 

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the highest levels of service and commitment to the mission and vision of any organization I have worked for. As a Chief Engineer, I am foreseeing the Maintenances and operations with regards to the hotel facilities and equipment and engaging all the project that will led to the reduction of cost by 5 percent annually in various aspects and areas of the property. I have specially enjoyed combining my leadership and technical skills with my attention to detail all these projects and obtain a desirable result. 

As a person who thrives in high-pressure and fast-paced situations, I strive for positive results through the application of my abilities in project management and process development. Additionally, I possess expertise in budgeting and an aptitude for optimizing performance and motivating colleagues. In any position, I can visualize success and identify innovative and effective strategies for achieving it. 

I have artfully balanced workplace objectives and productive relationships, inspiring strategies, and insightful suggestions to achieve a competitive business edge. My leadership, planning strengths and technical skills have enabled my professional growth.
