I have worked in the Business Process Outsource Industry for almost 10 years. I have handled different kinds of industries such as, Insurance, Automotive, Internet and Telecommunications as a Customer Service Representative. Talking to customers and providing excellent customer satisfaction has been my goal even since I left the industry. I have also spent 7 years in Infosys BPO as an Order Manager, the account was AT&T. This was a back office campaign where we handle order management for AT&T's VOIP Services. For the past 2 years, I have been doing remote work for Konsyg as an Email Marketer/In boxer and List Building. With the skill set I have learned from List Building, it allowed me to train incoming employees who will be doing the listing portion of the job. The biggest campaign I have handled 3 accounts with Konsyg which are Andovar, Happy Marketer and TalenX. This is both doing email marketing and list building as well.

I have a degree in Communication Arts, which I focused more on Video Editing and Photography. These skills has always been my main target in honing and learning new skill set.

I am very kin to details when it comes to work. I have enough patience in order to fulfill all tasks in the specified time. As I always mentioned to my listing trainee's, to be a list builder you have to widen your research skills, broaden your mind and have more patience.

I want to learn more things and see other opportunities that will hone my skills for the best and learn new things.

I am available as a part timer for now as I need to attend to my daughters need for her learning during this pandemic.
