I am a very dedicated and loyal person, I have been working in the call center industry for the past 14 years, I worked as a customer service associate for close to three years and I worked as a communications trainer for ten years.
I am a results-oriented person, I make it a point to understand what needs to be done to achieve a successful output. I analyze the situation, by following the SWOT analysis by identifying the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, and once I have identified those I come up with SMART ( specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based) action plans. I carry out the SMART action plans and see impressive results that are both effective and efficient.
I enjoy learning new things and I am open to feedback and I like it when I have the opportunity to grow. I strive to become a better version of myself everyday by exposing myself to different things and ideas.
