Hi! My name is Jordy and I specialize in all things administrative with a focus in healthcare. I have 15+ years in customer service that range from secretarial work with aspects of a human resources specialist to an insurance claim agent and coordinating research protocols. I have ample leadership experience from participating in Student Government and holding committee coordinator positions and working independently from as young as the age of eight with organizing and running my own paper route. I have experience as a scribe for medical records, writing personal pieces within my blog as well as assisting with resume building and cover letter creations.
