Jordan Bowen

My name is Jordan Bowen and I am the founder of Virtual Serenity. I help entrepreneurs and small business owners by taking unwanted but necessary work load off of their hands.

I provide more services than just customer service, such as social media setup & management, Facebook ads, SEO setup, email management, website design, social media imagery design, branding, newsletters, data entry, e-commerce management/setup, and many other services that are beneficial to your business!

I have four years of customer service experience ranging from guest services, inbound & outbound calls, sales, scheduling/reservations, cashier work, event planning/directing, and general customer services work.

I am currently helping multiple clients with building their websites using Squarespace and creating designs for them using Canva. I also work a part-time job at physical location as an administrative assistant for a chiropractor. I am currently helping him with normal tasks around the office, but I am also helping him transition his business more towards the virtual world. As of now, I am working on social media marketing and management, click funnels, branding, and website building + design for him.

The clientele I like to have is clients in some sort of animal/pet business, as I have a lot of knowledge in that area as well as a career diploma in obedience dog training. Although, I am looking to expand my support to any niche to gain experience and learn new things in different careers and interests, so I can provide my services to anyone that I can help.
