Worked as a CSR for an e-commerce company in the US, where I handled customer support via email/tickets, as well as responding to potential customers' queries regarding our products. I also handled order processing/management, refunds and shipping concerns.
As a Business Administrator/CS, I had a somewhat similar role, but for a company handling flight claims. I assisted in the processing of customers' claims, sent chase emails to our partners as well as updating customers' information in our CRM, & updating clients of the overall progress.
I am, of course, very open to learn new skills and hone those I have already acquired (i.e. Accounting/Basic Bookkeeping). I am confident in doing more than is expected, so long as I am trained. I am easily trainable and can learn very quickly.
