Hello! I’m Jonathan Porter, a Senior Product Designer with over 25 years of experience in creating intuitive, user-centered digital solutions. My journey in design started in 1998, just as the Internet began transforming the world, giving me a unique, long-term perspective on how technology evolves. Over the years, I’ve seen technology trends come and go, from the rise of the Internet and e-commerce to the growth of mobile apps, responsive design, and now AI.

I’m passionate about creating products that not only meet user needs but also help businesses thrive. My experience spans a diverse range of industries, from enterprise-level B2B applications to consumer-facing solutions, with high-profile clients such as HP, McDonald’s, Mercedes-Benz, and Disney-Pixar. I’ve worked across AI-powered design, data-driven UX, and agile environments, always aiming to bridge the gap between creative design and technical execution.

One of my key strengths is my ability to work closely with developers. I’m probably more adept at front-end coding than most designers, which allows me to better understand the technical aspects of design and collaborate more effectively with development teams. This helps me push boundaries and deliver solutions that are both creative and technically sound.

As the Founder and Creative Director of New Brand Media Ltd, I’ve led design projects globally, guiding teams and clients through the design process from research to delivery. Whether it’s designing a scalable design system, creating AI-powered applications, or optimizing user experiences, I believe in building long-term solutions that are both innovative and practical.
