ensure timely and efficient project scope delivery. Partnered with the Home Office to develop
alternative compliant methods for a unified national approach to forensics service delivery. Developed
and implemented a quality management system to monitor quality and compliance.
Project management of multiple modifications to Hampshire Constabulary - National Critical
Infrastructure (CNI) 999 call and incident management Centre. My PM role held full responsibility
working at strategic level to provide business continuity of emergency services, resource management,
managing impacts whilst relocation of all services, resources and staff to fall back DR site, migration of
technology and then return to core site. Benefits delivered were real time testing of core ICT failover
infrastructure to emergency call management. Leading concurrent refresh activities and resources
such as changeover of critical electrical circuits, replacement UPS, new chillers and electrical control
panels. All delivered within 48hrs, safe and secure continuous concurrent detailed planning with no
outages. As a result, I delivered a CNI asset with the benefits of effective tested failover capability and
resilient infrastructure to support national critical services.
