I have a background of technical delivery and organisational infrastructure change, I’m able to work and coordinate external dependencies to deliver strategic direction and transformation. Effectively managing change aligning it with the organization's strategy and culture. 

I ensure my structured approach has clear planned communications so that all stakeholders are well-informed and regularly updated.

My strong communication skills involves consulting and collaborating with departments and SMEs to understand their challenges and help develop solutions.

A key element of my approach is ensuring the business case clearly defines the full lifecycle costs and responsibilities —from initial project capital investment to ongoing operational costs, required support, and ongoing service management. This is crucial for budgeting and long-term planning.

During project delivery, I consistently provide planned reporting to project boards ensuring stakeholders are kept informed. I track progress against time, cost, and quality metrics while actively managing risks, issues and key actions.

Post-delivery, I lead the transition in to BAU by ensuring training, contractual arrangements, budget alignment, and support documentation are in place, facilitating handover into day-to-day operations.

Upon project delivery, the benefits realised against those stated within the business case are reviewed. I undertake reflective practice and  understand how the project performed, identifying both successes and areas for improvement to enhance future projects.
