I have more than 10 years experience as a Customer Service Representative working for several companies such as Microsoft, QWEST and ADP. Provided support through phone, email and chat to countries such as US, Australia and New Zealand.

Currently working as an internet marketer and a drop-shipper, focusing on Shopify platform and promoting E-commerce and marketing tools. I know how to research for Niche/products that are currently on trends and I am familiar with placing ads with google adwords and Facebook ads.

Other skills I have acquired is making online presence such as managing social media profiles. I also have knowledge with re-targeting online visitors using re-targeting tools available online.
