I have over 14yrs experience in the customer support industry both in a corporate and online remote setting. 10yrs of which were in a leadership/managerial role. I've worked in industries like BPO, Internet Marketing, and Saas. Whether it's purely customer service or technical support, I've helped teams and businesses from small scale start ups to medium size enterprises in establishing and improving their support from a "not so good, this will do" level to providing outstanding support.

I'm very passionate in the work I do. I make sure to only commit to one job at a time to ensure that I am able to give it my full and undivided attention and focus to achieve the best results.
