I was a customer service representative of Concentrix Philippines, I've worked as a Chat Agent for Sprint. I specialized in billing concerns for most of my duration in my employment with Concentrix. I was inside the top 20 agents for two straight months with a positive score on the survey count. I've also worked in Continuum Global Solutions as a chat agent as well. My account back then was Verizon but this time I was assigned as a general chat agent tackling any sorts of issue that could range from troubleshooting, order processing, inquiries and complaints. I didn't work as long as I wanted due to the growing threat of the pandemic and thought to myself that I will be looking to work from home in the long run.
