Shore Can Construction takes a holistic approach to residential construction
projects with consideration of your taste, design, national construction code, and
expert craftsmanship.
With 20 years of residential construction experience on Sydney's North Shore and
Northern Beaches, Rhys brings a personal, professional level of expertise and a
can-do attitude to problem-solving, especially in small spaces. Rhys is involved in
every stage of the project and personally executes the work with trades on-site.
The company name and mantra “Shore Can!” means we will give it a go, no
matter how challenging or complex. With a catalog of experience from more than
800 completed jobs with multiple award-winning projects, there isn't much Rhys
hasn't seen. When you need an expert on-site to turn your ideas into reality Shore Can Construction is the North Shore's can-do Construction company for
your building project.
At Shore Can Construction, the builder is the business owner. Rhys plans the
project with you, guides you through design and approvals with trusted experts,
then supervises on-site. Rhys will be seen working on the tools with the team and
problem solving with the trades. He is present on-site to ensure, not only, the high
quality of the work, but also that the design intentions and customers
expectations are met.

The Fine Print...
When you are ready to review this proposal in detail please give Rhys a call.
The Proposal is the first step in our journey together. From here we will
define the exact scope of your project and draft a contract together. The
information in this proposal is to be used as a guide to the scope of the
contract and the expected costs.
Prices quoted/estimated are valid for 30 DAYS from the date of issue.
Work will commence on the acceptance of this proposal and the payment of
the Concept Design and Preliminaries Invoice.
Once we have agreed on the scope details, we will draft a contract for your
review and signature.
We use the NSW Fair Trading Home Building Contact for all works over
$20,000. Please feel free to take a look at the standard contract here.
The Payment Schedule may be adjusted before the contract is signed. We
are happy to modify the contract and payment schedule to suit each portion
of the work if required.
Variations will be raised and invoiced when agreed in the variation according
to the contract terms of the NSW Fair Trading Home Building Contracts.

All works over $20,000 require insurance to protect the consumer against
defective or incomplete work where the builder fails to meet their
obligations due to illness, death, or misadventure. The cost of this insurance
is estimated until the contract is signed and the insurance is obtained. (any
correction to the cost will be made on the final invoice and treated as a

QUOTE ACCEPTANCE
Once you are ready to proceed with the works please described in the Scope and Costing, please
sign below and return to me via email. We will draft the contract of works, raise a deposit invoice
and schedule a time to commence work.
By signing below, you accept this quotation as per the costings provided and agree to proceed to
construction with this scope of work forming one of the documents in your contract.
