Jonamae Rosell

I am Jonamae but usually my friends call me Jo, I once worked for Accenture Phils. as a Remote Desktop Support Analyst for 7 months since it is a project base account. We remotely access clients computer and try to fix every errors and issues that their computers have. I have also experienced working as an email support in one of the BPO here in Cebu. We reply to customers email/chat about their orders since it is a retail account. I experienced working for eBay, Amazon and BestBuy for a non-voice account.

I am more than willing to be train for whatever job or position your going to offer me. Since I am Hardworking and diligent employee with an “eager to learn attitude” and constant willingness to cooperate with
my leaders and team members. With the knowledge and skills I have acquired from my work experience and
formal trainings that I have attended during my career. I strongly believe that I can perform whatever duties and
responsibilities that are assigned to me.
