Over the course of eight years in the call center industry, I embarked on a remarkable journey that encompassed various roles and responsibilities. It all began as an agent, where I honed my skills in customer service and sales. Through dedication and hard work, I quickly progressed, eventually being promoted to the position of Quality Coach/Specialist.
