I’ve worked with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to maintain up-to-date and accurate employee data, including personal information, employment history, benefits, and compensation details. This involves ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and maintaining confidentiality at all times. I also assist with various administrative tasks, such as preparing HR reports, processing paperwork for new hires, and tracking employee leave. I am familiar with managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. My administrative role also extends to supporting payroll and benefits administration, working closely with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee compensation.
