I've been working in the Bpo Industry for Six years and handled different inbound accounts like;
1. Assurance Wireless ( Obama Phone ), Virgin Mobile Prepaid, Technical Support Specialist - I assist customers in purchasing their monthly plan and I do troubleshooting steps with the customer if they are having issues with their phone for ex . can't access the internet, cant call or send text message, phone is not turning on etc.
2.Target Redcard ( Financial Account ) - I help out customer about their billing statement, if they have questions about their purchases, if they lost their card' we can process a new one and we also do refund process.
3. Aetna Provider Services - This is a Healthcare Account and I am assisting Professionals like Doctors,Physicians,Therapist, Nurses etc. What we do is we check if they can do a certain procedure or how will they be paid for a certain operation.
I am a person that is very committed to my work and is always passionate to the position given to me. I have been a loyal employee to my previous employers and didn't have any attendance or tardiness issue. I have high respects to my superiors and colleagues.
I am excellent in communication and written skills. I also have a fast typing skills. I am willing to be trained to further assist customers well and to help the company's growth.
