I am a customer service professional with a year of experience. My previous post entails a retail position for Medical supply company and an insurance representative for a US-based health care company. During my tenure, I honed my skill to express myself to further assist customers at their time of need. Being an outsource representative in which time is paramount to good service, I was able to discover that even with that constraint of time, distance and difference on each individual's outlook, a mere act of empathy can change the whole customer experience. I have learned that more than the required transactions, we are tasked to bridge gaps between a company and its market.
I consider myself an effective listener, communicator, and fast diligent learner. Throughout college, I have worked as part of prominent organizations that are vital to the student welfare. I am a consistent academic achiever. Ergo, establishing my efficiency to function individually or in a team environment, even under pressure.
