Qualifications Summary
I have been with BPO Industry for Seven Years now and the toll of trying to juggle my time for my kids and my work is
almost getting out of hand because I am missing a lot of important events in my kids’ life and they are getting older too
fast. But I can’t dare not being able to work as my husband is not earning enough for our family. Fortunately in so
long, I can proudly say that I have been able to manage my very hectic schedule and my extended family has also been
very supportive of me. I always ensure that I take responsibility and be able to oversee a balance of everything in our
household ahead of my better half. Just recently, I’ve realized that if I can cut the time of preparing myself to work
and the gruelling time of travel, I knew that my life can be a lot manageable, thus, I am hereby presenting myself with
arms wide-open to the home-based world.
As a tenured agent, I have learned to be able to work in autonomy, with very minimal supervision despite the fact that
there were superiors and floor supports that are around. I always maintain my own work space to help me focus more
on my work, especially in most of my engagements to customers over the phone. I believe that it’s more effective for
me as I’m mostly one of the top performers for Customer’s Satisfaction Survey. Others may find it very hard to
manage life in a start-up family but as for me, it helps me more with empathizing to customers as my personal
experience can most of the time relate to their situations where I can easily pacify difficult customers, preventing
further escalations as much as possible. I am also at par to what I’ve grown accustomed to, which are mostly very fastpaced environment in various call centers I’ve been with so I can proudly say that I hardly had problems with my stats,
though there may be really times that can be very difficult, especially whenever there are channel takedowns or
company merging on the side of our clients. Despite it all, I lavish earning extra money or freebies from some of the
perks our company implement from time to time. I guess, they say that when you’re a mom you drive for more
challenges to conquer and over the years I felt like getting more passion to soar and see myself far ahead as what I was
before when I used to be an emotional kitten.
